The Family Practice of Arizona welcomes patients who do not have health insurance or who choose to pay for their medical care out of pocket.
We strive to provide affordable, high-quality healthcare and offer transparent self-pay pricing for office visits. Payment is due at the time of service.
Our team can provide information regarding the cost of your visit before your appointment whenever possible. Additional charges may apply for laboratory testing, procedures, vaccinations, or other services that are not included in the office visit.
